What online stores can I try outfits from? +

Tryfits AI is compatible with links from any online store, allowing you to explore a wide range of brands and retailers. Your subscription plan does not limit the stores you can use.

Is my data secure? +

Yes, we take data security seriously. All photos and personal information are encrypted and stored securely following industry best practices.

Can I change my measurements after uploading them? +

Measurements are entered during onboarding and can be changed up to two times a month. If you need to update your measurements, please go to 'Profile', then 'My Model', and click on 'Change.'

Does Tryfits AI offer personalized styling suggestions? +

Yes! With Fitz, our AI personal styling assistant, you can get tailored outfit suggestions, tips on matching clothes, or help deciding between two outfits. Fitz can be accessed from the magic wand icon in the top right corner of the app's home page.

Yes, you can share your videos on social media platforms directly from the app. You can also save your videos for later in the favorites section.

Why is my video taking longer to generate? +

Video generation may take longer depending on the complexity of the outfit or the customizations you've selected. If the video is taking longer than expected, you can try generating it again. If the issue persists, please reach out to support via the Help Center in the app for assistance.

Can I see other users' videos? +

We have an Explore Page where you'll be able to browse videos uploaded by other users for inspiration.
